Pricing

Published prices. Every one with its deliverables.

Transparency is a differentiator here, so nothing on this page is “contact us for a quote”. Each starting price is listed with what you actually receive, and the scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Priced for small businesses first

Why these prices sit below what a large agency charges.

SENATORE is priced for small and medium businesses first, because they are the clients this studio is built for.

The companies this work is meant for are too small to justify an agency retainer and too busy to write everything themselves. The price list is built for that buyer rather than for the biggest budget in the room, and it is published so nobody has to ask for it or negotiate for it.

The difference comes out of overhead, not out of the work. There is no account layer and no project manager between you and the person writing: you deal directly with the editor who does the research, the argument and the redline. Less of your fee is spent on the parts of an agency that do not produce sentences.

This is positioning, not a discount. The price on this page is the price, it does not move depending on who is asking, and it is not a short-term offer. The deliverable counts are the ones the desk can hold at the standard described — if the volume you want would force that standard down, we will say so rather than quietly lower it.

Prices are in USD. No VAT is charged or added: the studio is not registered for VAT and holds no VAT number.

Pricing questions

Before you ask.

Can we start with one article?

Yes. One article is a complete engagement, and it is the fairest way to test the process. The programmes exist because the process repeats well, not because a single piece is incomplete without them.

Who owns the finished work?

Copyright ownership and transfer are defined in the client agreement. This website does not claim to transfer copyright, because only the contract can do that. Ask for the clause and it will be in your proposal.

How many revisions are included?

One revision round is standard on a fixed piece; standing engagements carry a monthly approval cycle. The number is written into the engagement, so neither side has to argue about it later.

How quickly can you deliver?

It depends on scope and on how fast your side returns interviews and approvals. We give a schedule with named decision points once the scope is fixed, rather than a single date invented to win the work.

Can you write about technical subjects?

Yes, if we can interview someone who knows the subject. We research the surrounding literature so we can ask better questions, and we do not present ourselves as the expert. Claims that cannot be sourced get flagged, and then either sourced or cut.

Do you use AI?

Some AI-assisted tools may be part of our workflow, and we will not claim otherwise. What stays with SENATORE is research, source verification, structural judgement, the editorial pass and responsibility for the published piece. A human editor signs off everything that carries a client's name. We do not publish unreviewed machine output, and we do not describe the studio as AI-free.

Do you promise an unrealistic amount of work?

No. The deliverable counts on this page are the ones the desk can hold at the standard described. If the volume you want would force the quality down, we will say so rather than quietly lower the standard to hit a promised count.

Are these prices final?

They are starting figures, and the brief for each engagement sets the exact scope before the fee is fixed. Final pricing depends on scope — for a manuscript in particular, we quote after the structure conversation rather than before it.

Still not sure which one?

Send one piece of existing writing and we will tell you what it needs — often that costs nothing and answers the question.
